WE ARE ASKED ALL TOO OFTEN TO
BE EVERYTHING TO EVERYONE BUT NO-ONE TO OURSELVES.
Self-Care is not a luxury, and it doesn't have to be hard- it can start with small simple steps & it can bring ease to your life and a deep joy.
I work with women navigating hormonal, autoimmune, and inflammatory health patterns — particularly when they feel they have reached the end of conventional pathways without clear answers.
My approach blends functional medicine insight, naturopathy, nutrition, supplementation, and nervous system awareness to create personalised, sustainable routes back to balance.
How I Work
I look at the full terrain of your health, including:
Hormonal signalling
Thyroid function
Gut and microbiome balance
Liver clearance pathways
Immune and inflammatory load
Nutrient sufficiency
Stress physiology and sleep
Functional testing is used where it meaningfully informs the protocol — never by default, and always in a way that supports clarity rather than overwhelm.
The Women Who Find Me
Many of the women I support arrive feeling exhausted by symptoms that haven’t been fully understood.
Common presentations include:
Endometriosis and fibroids
BV and recurrent vaginal imbalance
Fertility challenges
Perimenopause and menopause
Thyroid dysfunction
Rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, eczema
Often, there is also a background of prolonged stress, over-giving, or nervous system depletion.
Why This Work Is Personal To Me
My understanding of hormonal disruption is not purely clinical.
Following two thyroid surgeries for goitres and growths, I experienced sudden early menopause after the birth of my fifth child.
The shift was immediate and intense — bringing anxiety, sleep disturbance, and a sense of not recognising my own body.
It was a deeply disorientating period, and one that reshaped how I practise today.
I understand how it feels when symptoms arrive without warning…
When your emotional landscape shifts overnight…
And when you begin to question yourself because you can’t find clear explanations.
What Shapes My Practice Now
That lived experience deepened my commitment to creating a space where women feel:
Heard without needing to justify themselves
Supported without being overwhelmed
Guided without being rushed
Because physiology responds differently when someone feels safe, believed, and steady enough to heal.
My Aim In Working With You
My role is not simply to manage symptoms.
It is to help you:
Understand what your body has been communicating
Restore hormonal and immune balance
Feel more at home within yourself again
So that health becomes something you experience — not something you chase.
Having myself, experienced how dysfunctional fluctuations in our hormonal messengers, and the thyroid in specific, creates deep often disturbing effects in the body, that may effect relationships & within our life, I have a deep-rooted empathy for empowering clients to get to the root cause of their own health issues.
Professional Training & Clinical Qualifications
I am a Registered Naturopath and Nutritional Therapist, graduating from the renowned College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM).
Alongside my naturopathic training, I practise as a Functional Medicine Practitioner, integrating advanced testing and systems-based health analysis where appropriate to inform personalised care.
Functional Medicine & Advanced Clinical Study
I undertook further postgraduate training in Functional Medicine through the Functional Medicine University (USA), deepening my understanding of:
Endocrine and hormonal pathways
Immune and autoimmune dynamics
Gut–microbiome health
Nutrigenomics and biochemical individuality
This training supports the root-cause, investigative aspect of my work.
Hypnotherapy, Coaching & Nervous System Work
Recognising the role of the nervous system and subconscious patterning in long-term healing, I completed advanced training with the Phil Parker Training Institute, qualifying in:
Advanced Hypnotherapy
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
Life Coaching
I also trained with One of Many (ICF-accredited), specialising in women-focused coaching and empowerment work.
These modalities allow me to support behavioural change, emotional resilience, and mind-body integration alongside physiological care.
Professional Registrations
I am registered with the following professional bodies:
Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)
General Naturopathic Council (GNC)
Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP)
These registrations ensure my work is held within recognised professional and ethical standards.
While my training spans multiple disciplines, my focus remains simple — to translate this knowledge into care that feels clear, personalised, and supportive for the woman sitting in front of me.
